Quincy West was born on December 21, 1974, and departed this life on October 11, 2026. As we remember him, we honor more than the years he lived. We honor the person he was and the place he will always hold in his family's hearts.

A country boy who grew into a country man, Quincy enjoyed life's simple pleasures. He loved sitting around, sharing conversation, and having a good time. Those everyday moments spent together now hold a special meaning for the people who knew  and loved him.

Quincy also enjoyed drawing. Alongside his love for good company was a creative side, another part of the man his family remembers. His country roots, his personality, and the things he enjoyed all belong to the story that was uniquely his.

His story is also woven into his family's story. He was a father to Quincy, Jr, and a brother to Errick West, Willie Dotson, Jr., Ranquel Dotson, Patrick Dotson, and Destiny Warren. He was preceded in death by his parents Peggy West and Willie Dotson, Sr., whose memories are honored alongside his.
